Online Test Registration and Scheduling
ASE testing is available year-round. Whether you register on the first day of a registration window or the last, you will always have 90 days from the original date of purchase to schedule an appointment and take your test at any of our several hundred test centers across the country.
New Users
Create a myASE Account
If you are new to the ASE testing and certification program, all you need is your full legal name as it appears on your photo ID, contact information, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number to set up your account and create a username and password.
Existing Users
Find your Account
If you have ever registered for or taken an ASE certification test before, your account already exists. Search for your account by providing your first and last names, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number. Once you have identified your record, create a username and password. If you are unable to find a record match and have previously registered for an ASE Test, contact ASE Customer Care at 1-800-390-6789 for assistance instead of creating a duplicate account. If you don’t remember your password, select “Forgot password?” to reset.
Empleadores
As an employer, you can manage ASE certifications for your employees once you have been approved by ASE as an account manager for your company myASE account. The employer-designated account manager must first create a personal myASE account to get started.

If you want to reserve the location, date, and time that you find, you must register and pay for your tests first using myASE or by calling ASE Customer Service at 800-390-6789.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to schedule any appointment shown here, as test center availability changes continuously. Others may also be scheduling at the same time, and may take the time you want before you can confirm an actual appointment.

Scheduling In-Person Testing FAQs
Purchasing and scheduling a test can be done by creating or logging in to your myASE account. To purchase a test, select the test you want to take and pay the applicable fees. A registration fee is charged per order in addition to the test fee. View the complete list of tests, fees, and taxable states here. Once you have purchased a test, you will have 90 days from the original date of purchase to schedule an appointment and take your test. Visit myASE to get started.
If you wish to change your test date or time, you must first cancel the existing appointment before you can schedule a new one. No changes are allowed within three days of your scheduled appointment. To make changes, use the Cancel Selected Appointment(s) option in myASE.
If you wish to cancel a test, you must first cancel any existing appointment for that test and then cancel the test itself. Use the Cancel Test option in myASE. If you are within three days of your testing appointment, you cannot cancel the appointment or test. You can only cancel a test and receive a refund for a test that you purchased.

There are no refunds for a missed appointment. If you miss your appointment or arrive late, the test is scored as No Show and all fees are forfeited. You can register for that same test again, but you must pay the registration fee and test fee again. To re-purchase a missed test, you must wait until the official No Show test result is posted to myASE.
